Sometimes when i start to diet.... something in my head "CLICKS!"
CLICK!
I become obsessive over calories, how much of this and how much of that!
I see such great results when i do it this way... accompanied with exercise.
I started to use my best friends P90X DVDs.... HOLY COW!
HARD!
So, back to my obsession.... I recently started to diet... well after the Special K Challenge, i decided to really diet! i felt great..... i think i lost some weight, but most importantly i felt good......
So.... this brings me to my "CLICK!"
I'M OBSESSED!
My new "everywhere i go companion" is now my... calorie log....

I write down everything i eat, everything i drink... everything!
Please tell me someone else does this......
I get online to find out how many calories are in what... (
calorieking.com works great)
Can you say OBSESSIVE.....
I have even come up with ways to make it look like the measurement of the serving size looks luscious!.... as you see above.. that's 1/4 cup of my nut energy mix.... look how it over flows in that little bag... full of yumminess... trick the mind... trick the tummy!

I'm hoping by summer, i will be swimsuit worthy!
But I'm also hoping by summer, i haven't lost my marbles from my obsession!
So.. I'm off to measure something, put it somewhere to look like its more, to eat it later, so i can go exercise it off!...
WHEW, now I'm tired!
I'm thinking about blogging about the food choices...
I have become super creative with meals... (ie: the fish on the panini press, which in fact is the best ever! The Tilapia turned out FABULOUS, along with the Salmon)
Any ideas for yummy healthy meals... I'm all ears!
